Notice to Bidders

You are invited to review and respond to this Request for Proposal (RFP) according to Public Contract Code sections 10340 to 10345[1]. In submitting your proposal, you must comply with the instructions listed in the RFP document.

Bidders are encouraged to read the entire solicitation carefully. The need to verify all documentation and responses before submitting proposals is the Bidder’s responsibility and should be emphasized. Please consider insurance requirements, supplies, materials, and labor in your proposal amounts.
